I would like to incorporate alcoholic shaped drinks in my Roblox game, however, is it against the ToS? For example, can I add a bottle shaped like a wine bottle even it doesn’t actually mention that it’s wine, or would I need to add in something else?

Yeah, you’ll be fine as long as you don’t make it function or look like alcohol through text or anything.
