Are alcohol and substance usage effects allowed if it doesn't have any reference to their real life usage?

Hi, I’m making a game about chemicals. Basically the whole point is that you combine elements that you buy from the shop, and get molecules, and you combine molecules and get new molecules. The point is that you can consume these substances and see the effects similar to what it would do in real life.

My question is whether or not is it allowed to put consumption effects of nicotine, alcohol or any substance.

The substances are represented as balls:

Appearance of these substances are the same as in the real world.
But they don’t have much of a connection with real world.
For example, if you have a ball of nicotine, there aren’t any connections to substance abuse in real world, cause you usually get nicotine with smoking. There is no smoking in my game, but there is the effect of the nicotine.

Is this allowed?

I don’t think so. References to addictive substances wouldn’t be allowed. As stated in the ToS:

“Controlled substances such pharmaceutical and recreational drugs, as well as as alcohol, tobacco, vaping, and their associated paraphernalia”
