Are Alts Allowed in Certain Situations?

I recently started a myth with a couple of friends. The group is still quite small so we’re not particularly bothered about keeping our identities a ‘mystery’, but as it grows we would prefer it not to be associated with us.

I’m asking, is it ok to use alternate accounts for non-malicious reasons? I would like to post bulletin board topics with my myth account.

It clearly states not to create alternate accounts, but I don’t see anything wrong if the individual is abiding by the forum rules.

In this case, yes. The rule asks you don’t use these alt accounts to boost your stats, i.e. using an alt to like all of your posts so you have more likes. That is not a valid reason. In this case, it should be fine.
