Are "card dumps" allowed on roblox?

Hello! im trying to make a game (hood game) which has an illegal way of getting alot of cash, the method is “Card Dumps” which is illegal in real-life and if you get caught you can be in jail for even 20 years, its basically stealing a credit card, copying the information from the original one to a blank one and just spending alot of cash using the blank one.

So are card dumps allowed?

If the card information is not connected to cards irl or atleast not look like real credit cards then its allowed.
