Hello! I’m thinking about making a Horror game that includes EAS (Emergency Alert System) Tones and Video/Images as the main part of my game. Is this allowed? If it is allowed, should I add a notice to my game that the game contains EAS tones?

If I were you, I would try to find a legititmate ROBLOX website (like for ex. Terms of Use, or Community Guidelines), and research if you can or cannot.
If it is allowed, I would 100% add a notice. Most popular games do like DOORS in their description. Also keep in mind that you can but an age limit (or whatever it is called, because when I posed this ROBLOX was currently down) for your game.

Yes it is allowed. Why should it not be? its just an EAS.
I don’t think an EAS contains Epilepsy, flashing lights. Since when a real EAS would suppose to happen then that would be quite critical. So no. you shouldn’t add a notice.
The lack of knowledge to the ToS is really concerning. People should look on the ToS before making a post.

Maybe just add a warning that you shouldnt play this on high volume.
