I think the title makes this pretty clear.
I want to add an energy drink to my game because there also is an energy stat, the drink would not be something like Red Bull, just like a normal bottle titled “Energy Drink”.
I know other games have this but I just wanted to make sure.

Probably not, there is no question in the questionnaire similar to the one your asking, so you probably wouldn’t need to.
Energy is not alcohol in my opinion but stuff like monster and all of that with high caffeine, I really have no clue. But as long as it’s no illegal stuff like that then your good
I think they might be allowed same games use it or you could use something like lighting bolt item instead
of course, if it isn’t alcoholic, then obviously you can w/o changing your age rating.
you could even do red bull if you wanted to risk copyright issues, otherwise, its allowed.
