Short answer: No.
Longer answer: It is never advisable to assume that exploits are impossible when designing, creating or maintaining systems; especially systems that the player interacts with in some way.
Even if exploits were 100% gone now, it doesn’t mean they are 100% gone forever.
I don’t think you have to go crazy with an anti cheat unless you have a game that warrants it (such as an FPS or games where a players actions can impact a player driven economy). Don’t use Byfron or whatever security methods that are implemented as an excuse to not do at the very minimum basic sanity checks and so on though. Complacent developers are always the ones that get caught off guard.
