Iโve seen a lot of games use multiple different fonts, so you should be OK to use custom fonts.

I would not count on all devices being able to display those characters, especially if said users have a different system language than English, it wonโt even be translated.

C++ might not get that text bc of ascii stuff, resulting in a unblocked filter for guis.
One might make their own chat and use the custom font, resulting in unblocked chat.

You wouldnโt be able to just copy/paste that font into a text box because Roblox doesnโt have it as a font type, but thereโs no reason you canโt use that font for icons, images, or anything else.
Not sure why youโd think it isnโt โallowedโ as if youโd be moderated for it.
You can use emojis as well, and as other players said, fancy fonts should work.
