Are fictional narcotics allowed to be depicted in 17+ games?

I’m looking at the ToS, and it states “Illegal and regulated drugs, including marijuana and the misuse of prescription or over-the-counter drugs, and the depiction of intoxication as a result of these substances” however would it be considered a breach of ToS in the instance that the drugs depicted do not exist?

The drugs would be depicted in the context of a drug dealer simulator, in which players, order, cut product (mix pure with filler products to create varying mixes) and then package and have to deliver to clients, with the player eventually being able to manufacture their own substances.

All drugs depicted would be completely fictional and have completely bizarre effects that don’t share similarities with any existing substances.

And if the depiction of fictional substances is allowed, would it also be a breach of ToS if a game mechanic included experimenting with the mixing of substances to balance addictiveness of a product, toxicity/lethality to customers and profit. With more addictive products causing more orders from a client and lethality/toxicity having a chance to overdose and kill a client, harming a player’s clientele and possibly causing increased attention from in-game law enforcement.

Would be nice if this was allowed, as I’m sure Roblox needs some 17+ games that aren’t “hangout” locations.

Thanks

If you have to ask, the answer is no.
