Are meshes to scale when you upload them?

So im planning to start making models in September, and I want to know if models are to scale when you upload them. This will help me when I go to make different parts of my models that are being made. Because if it is not to scale, then I have to re-scale EVERYTHING to what I want it to be. I cant find anything anywhere related to this topic.

I am quite unsure what you want to achieve properly from this topic, but, I understood that you are asking if meshes get scaled in a different size once uploading them… And my response is yes.

Once importing throughout the Asset Manager, both Insert and Insert With Location put the mesh with an unexpected size. Not only this, it happens as well as inserting throughout MeshPart, parts with BlockMesh and SpecialMesh:

However, the differences are that BlockMesh allows developers to re-scale/change the values Offset, just like a normal part. In addition, it does not include a texture option, and according to the API Reference, the property VertexColor does not anything. While SpecialMesh, allows users to upload to the base of the in-game’s object and set custom values for the Scale (but it won’t change linearly) as well as for Offset. Furthermore, you can select types of meshes starting with Brick until Wedge

Even so, with these many options, you can just re-adjust the size of your mesh model on the axis X, Y, and Z !

Meet the Bobcat Toolcat 5600 Its a very fine machine! I got to drive one last week at work, thats how I got the idea of modeling this.
