The Release Notes pages have status tags next to each individual changes letting us know if it is Live or Pending.
However, these only seem to be accurate for the first week or so, because they aren’t updated after that.
Sometimes they don’t even last that long:

This update is getting close to its birthday, yet nearly 50% of the status tags still say Pending.

These tags provide us with no useful information, since it’s pretty much just a coin flip accuracy.
They should either be removed altogether or actually be supported.
