Possibly. I am not sure but you might.
You won’t get terminated but your game might get taken down. Why do you need to include a cigar in your game? What do you expect to achieve with it?
Roleplaying aspect, also looks cool idk.
Roblox will probably do a thing about your game, smoking ain’t allowed on roblox, even more because there are kids who plays roblox.

Roblox explicitly stated that any references to tobacco would risk termination, so its a no-brainer to not risk the ban hammer.
