I understand that referencing alcohol to players as in giving items directly related to alcohol and related products is a punishable offense.
Yet, the ToS is quite vague on many topics giving developers a lot of risky leeway.
So, to get to the point, if I were to create a game with fore mentioned words in the title, would it be permitted? Even if I distribute things irrelevant to alcohol?
I remember PBB had a tavern and a “tap” that you had to interact with, but never referencing alcohol or anything like that in any way. However, that was not in the title, and I’m guessing that referencing those words in your title may send the wrong message to some players, and to Roblox. I would advise against it but it’s really on the fuzzy grey side of things. Let’s see what others have to say.
