i have this ugc ready to upload but im wondering if this will be against TOS, after all ive seen much worse uploaded to roblox
“glorification of war crimes” is listed as unacceptable in the restricted content policy. in this case, I don’t think it’s glorifying a war crime, just saying that the user is a war criminal. Coming from someone who’s not an expert in the ToS I wouldn’t risk it.
Edit: Claiming you are a war criminal doesn’t seem to be against the chat filter either.

so uh i had my friend upload the ugc but hes worried that he might get banned, is there a chance of him getting banned?
Unlikely. If they did ban him, it wouldn’t likely be a serious ban.
It might get deleted, but that would most likely be the extent of it.
