I read Roblox TOS and they say you can’t lead players, off the Roblox site(s). But, you can put your discord server under the description so I don’t know. It would be 13+ to follow discord TOS and chat/VC would be moderated.
Also forgot to mention the game would require the use of VC.
The social links appear only in 13+ users. The problem is underaged users. Also, moderation is reccommended but not required for normal Discord servers, while it’s required in community servers.

Yeah, there isn’t a problem so. You are allowed to do it. Just don’t include a server invite in the description or in-game.

Roblox only displays discord links to accounts aged 13+.
Roblox will not take moderation action against you for players being in a discord VC as this is not a violation of their TOS.
HOWEVER roblox could take moderation action towards you if you were actively promoting a discord server to all players in your game regardless of account age as this would be seen as you circumventing their safety features put in place to help protect roblox’s younger audience.
If you have users under 13 in your server you would not risk roblox moderation, instead you would be risking moderation from Discord as you would be violating their TOS so that is one thing to watch out for
A game requiring VC sounds like a bad idea. I wouldn’t do a discord call just to play a game.
