I was wondering if we’re allowed to put email address on Roblox, so we could help players with anything?

I’m honestly not sure, but you could use Twitter or Discord instead. Those are definitely allowed on Roblox. (๑꧆◡꧆๑)

Well, I’m assuming so, as many top games have emails for support… such as Adopt Me. And many twitter accounts of popular games also have emails for you to contact them.
The ToS states that you are not allowed to do this, see:
Do not ask for or collect (or allow the transfer between players in your game) any personally identifiable information (PII) . For example, you should not ask for a player’s first and last name, age, home or physical address, something that contains a person’s image or voice (such as a photograph, video or audio file), social security number, passport number (or national identity number), phone number or email address (or other forms of online contact information).
I mean like posting the email on website…
Edit: Actually, I don’t think it’s allowed. You probably shouldn’t provide an email.
