I am making an. spider-man game, and there. is many spider-man games, the only difference with mine is that it used an custom rig, plus it’ll be just like spider-man with realistic meshes. Is this allowed?

You won’t be sued for using copyrighted material on roblox but your game will be deleted and you will get a warning if you have copyrighted material.

Still a copyright violation. Roblox creators are famous for violating copyright law though.
Usually a company threatens to sue, then Roblox takes down the game. This was the case with Pokemon Brick Bronze.

That’s illegal unless it is under the fair use laws. If you want to read it yourself, search up fair use laws and start reading.
They do not sue Roblox, Roblox gets a DMCA request and deletes your game and gives you a strike, three strikes and your account gets terminated.

Nobody knows but I’d assume that Roblox took down the game and the group owner likely got a strike.
How do you know you got strikes, can you get strikes for other reasons?
You’ll know you got a strike when your game gets taken down for copyright, you can’t get strikes for reasons other than copyright.
