Are you allowed to pause ads

I wanted to test advertising on https://advertise.roblox.com/
The mininium was “5$ per day for 24 hours” which is apparentally 10 $.
I realized you can “pause” ads, possibly meaning you wouldn’t have to pay the full 10$.
for example you would pause when you have only spent 5$.

Is this allowed, and will you not be charged the full 10$ even though you didn’t have the ad up for that full time frame?

I’m not an expert at this, but I assume you wont get a refund. If the ad ran the first day, and you cancel it the second day, it would have been too late. You can pause and get refunded for what hasnt been up.
