Hello, my Area 27 Player.
Im Owner of Area 27.
Hope you enjoy our game, but did you now? U cant do some things in game?

Here is some rules for you to dont get banned on area 27 :slight_smile:

Main Rules

  1. Dont Random Kill (You allowed to kill everybody without your teamates if you got tag “Terminate”)
  2. Dont Breach SCP (Like its allowed but you muss know there is limits and that as FP you arent allowed to do it)
  3. Dont abuse cuff’s (Main rule to Group Only Teams)
  4. Medium RP is always enabled (Even on private servers)
  • U are afraid about your Life
  • When u died u are new Character
  • Dont forget for Roleplay
  • Read SCP Lore before play
  1. Dont admin abuse (Mods+ and GPA Only)
    Staff Rules:
  • Dont use “:team” if not allowed.
  • Dont use cmds for killing more easily other players. (“:to” “:bring”)
  • The command “:fly” is not allowed. (Can be used by devs and allowed Staff)
  • Using moderator commands as not moderator can be cosidered as admin abuse. (“:ban” “:kick” “:tempban” “:warn”)
  • Using “:give” command is not allowed. - GPA Allowed
    This rule can be subjected to changes.
  1. Team Limits
  • TA : 1 per game ← Can be more :slight_smile:
  • TA Assistent : 2 per game
  • O5 : 13 per game
  • EC : 10 per game
  • FE : 6 per game
  • SiD : 1 per game ← Important
  • AD : 7 per game ← Important
  1. Dont spam
  2. Follow roblox TOS
  3. Admins allowed to on sound like scp announcement.
  • Dont on music etc only announcement
  1. All Tryout Only Teams got cuffs please follow this rules
  • Use it if player abuse
  • For all allowed use it for RP but dont abuse
    Class-E Sys Rules
  • Only when breaching rules
  • Allowed when CI Surended to class-e him
  • Allowed use on all teams if break rules

    Rules
  • Dont abuse
  • Make only announce when is Riot, CI
    atack, scp breach, or for rp reason
  1. Dont Spawn Kill (no its fr sucks)
  2. Innapropriate Content Rule:
  • 18+ Content Is Not Allowed In Any Case.
  • Doing it can lead to a permament ban. (Doing it many times)
  1. Glitching Rules:
  • Not allowed in any times. (Developer can try to glitch to then try to fix the glitch)
  1. RD: Random Damage (A)
  • Dont work on CI but CI havent got perms to damage CD, CE, CI
  • Dont work on GRU-P while raiding. Got perms to damage CD CE and CI not allowed to Damage GRU-P (GRU-P is neutral but sometimes can make raids…)
  1. SCP Rule (B)
  • If you are scp u need to follow this rule
  • Dont use guns
  • Allowed to use doors if its humanoid scp
  • Admin commands not allowed when you are scp
  • Only SCP 035-1 can speak
  1. Surender
  • Dont kill Surended
  • Arest him by using cuffs
  • IA need to make a speak with CI / CD about rp reason etc
  • then CI / CD need to be terminated by scp etc
    IF it was surender for ci
  • CI / CD Can kill surender
  • CI can do with surender what he want IF THIS SUPPORT RULES
  1. Failing RP
  • Failing RP when u failed rp
  • This rule work on all server
  • For this rule u can get tempban for 1 hour or 30 min
  1. FU: False Uniform
  • For Example if player with rank recruit on sd wear rrt uniform he can get warn or when he wear not his rank uniform
  • Dont work on GPA (donors) when used shirt or pants cmd.
  1. deleted due deletion of PSS (Private Server System)
  2. Documents And Lore
    All documents 《:page_facing_up:》mod-info are rules too but when rp.
    We use custom lore read it to dont break rules 《:page_facing_up:》lore
    22.PS: All lore and documents located in dizzy server join it by game social links*
  3. Allowed Languages Rule:
  • Only talk the allowed languages when talking to other players (English)
    :spiral_notepad: Note: if you are talking only to your friend you can talk your language
  1. GRU-P Rules:
  • GRU-P Is a neutral force to the Foundation Personnel. GRU-P Is allowed to shoot Foundation Personnel ONLY when they get pointed with a gun or threated.
  • GRU-P Is a neutral force to the other Hostile forces too but they are allowed to shoot them at anytime.
  1. Chaos Insurgency Rules:
  • The Chaos Insurgency is a hostile force to the Foundation. CI Is NOT allowed to dont shoot any Foundation Personnel except if its surrended.
  • The Chaos Insurgency must kill any team except Class-D And Class-E. (Killing CDs and CEs is considered as Team Kill)
  • GRU-P To the Chaos Insurgency is Neutral. - CI is not allowed to go outside if not from the CI base.
  1. Camping Is Not Allowed
  • Dont camp spawn.
  • Dont camp in hallway’s Removed
  • Dont camp in scp chambers - Dont camp sectors
  • Dont camp air base ( Allowed to camp while guarding )
  • Dont cemp Cave’s
  1. SCP 035 Rules:
  • SCP-035-1 can be breached only when there is an event or CD testing. (CD can breach it but CI no)
  • SCP-035-1 can use pistols and AKM no other guns allowed.
  • SCP-035-1 is allowed to breach other SCPs.
  • SCP-035-1 Primary Task is to breach scp 049 and take him outside
  • SCP-035-1 Allowed to open doors (keycard doors) Without Control Room And Nuke
  1. Spray Paint
  • Not allowed to write bad worls / harassing with it
  • Not allowed 18+ content
  • Dont make bugs with it
  • Dont lock with it it will relust in a ban
  • Dont Paint Uniforms PLEASE
  • Dont Paint ON Peuples PLEASE
  1. “!help” Command Rules
  • The “!help” command can be used when you need info, you see a bug and you want to report it in-game or you need help for other reasons.
  • Only the [ST] Support Team can answer to this command, other staff is not allowed. - Abuse of it will result in a kick/ban (The max time of the ban is 3 days)
  • Abuse examples: 1.Using it to tp a staff to you and killing him. 2. Using it for no reason.
  • Saying insults or bad things on support staff or other players in the help reason will result in a instant kick.
    The rule can be subjected to changes.
  1. In-Game Vote Kick Rules
  • Reason muss be valid
  • Dont spam votekick
  1. RP Rule:
    IN TA Room
  • If you get in TA room you will get terminated no matter what. (Only O5-1+ can be in it)
  • You can get authorization to get in.
  1. Gamepass Admin (GPA)
  • Abusing of it in any way can get to a 30d banishment from the game and gamepass remove. (NO REFUNDS GIVED)
  • Don’t use any moderation commands, that counts as abusing.
  • Some not allowed commands: | :heal | :kill | :team | :ice | :jail | :dog etc
  1. Rank Abuse: Developer
  • As developer you can’t be High Command teams if not for testing. (TA-A = Demote+60d-Ban | O5 = 30d-Ban+Warn | AD-EC = Kick+Warn)
  • As developer abusing of developer console will result in a demote.
