ArePaidRandomItemsRestricted Gacha Loophole?

I’m not sure if this is the correct category, but:
Hello, I’m working on a game called “Devil Beater” as we are coming close to a 10th year anniversary, and since it has been a while our game has been Unrated. Thus certain people couldn’t access the game, and I’ve been fixing that by applying PolicyService API.

If you know something about the game, we have a Gacha. But I want to ask:

Can I separate the currency used in the Gacha into two categories; Premium (bought currency) and Free (currency obtained from grinding)
And if you are restricted due to your region’s laws, you can only use the currency you obtained from playing the game (A.K.A the Free version). Would that still be in compliance with the restrictions itself or are Gachas really a no-go? I want your thought on this, and if it IS allowed. My reading comprehension is at an all time low and thus I would want to ask this.

After doing some reading, it looks like your solution can be implemented into your experience by splitting the currency into two categories. An example of this is Murder Mystery 2, which still allows for crates (with the policy enforced) to be opened only through currency earned through the game.

The only issue related to this is the ‘ethics’ side of it, which is important to consider. These regulations were introduced to prevent children from being exploited in gambling-like habits, specifically when they had to purchase in-game currency with money to be rewarded with a random chance to win/lose a virtual item.
