Would you look at that, the first update for Armed Arena has been released!
What’s new:
- A new bullet system has been added. Bullets now have travel time.
- What does this mean and what’s the difference?
- Before the update your enemy would take damage as soon as you fired a weapon at them, which means that the enemy had no chance in escaping the hit.
- After the update the bullet would have to travel to the enemy’s character before damaging them. In the meantime while the bullet is in mid-air, the enemy can escape the hit, or even accidentally run into a bullet.
- Added partial controller support
- I will add full controller support at some point
- You will now be teleported back to the lobby if all of your opponents leave the game
- Added knockback when a player gets killed by an explosion
- Added another rocket launcher at the top on Nature1
- Made the wooden platform a bit lower on Nature2
- Fixed various camera zoom-out bugs
- Fixed rockets floating in mid-air and never dissapearing
- Fixed players having their custom avatar proportions (such as height, body-type, head scale etc.) show in the win-screen.
- Fixed the bug where sun-rays would show in the war-zone building
- Fixed a bug where if a player left the game while he was in an arena waiting for a game to start, he would stay in the arena.
- Fixed a bug where muzzle-flashes didn’t show for players other than the shooter.
