National Anthem (Start Spangled Banner) Etiquette
- Individuals in uniform should give the military salute at the first note of the anthem and maintain that position until the last note;
- Members of the Armed Forces and veterans who are present but not in uniform may render the military salute in the manner provided for individuals in uniform [emphasis added]; and,
- All other persons present should face the flag and stand at attention with their right hand over the heart, and men not in uniform, if applicable, should remove their headdress with their right hand and hold it at the left shoulder, the hand being over the heart.

If no flag is displayed when the national anthem is being played, “all present should face toward the music and act in the same manner they would if the flag were displayed.”

- [DEV UPDATES] / [DU] = Updates on development. Example: “[DU] We will be updating soon!”
- [RAID] / [R] = Calls for a raid. Example: “[RAID] Come on down to [GAME LINK] for a raid! Promotions: [TRUE / FALSE]. Hope to see you here!”
- [PROTECT] / [P] = An incoming raid to any of our forts from another group. Example: " [PROTECT] We are being raided at [GAME LINK]! Come help us defend against them! Hurry, we need you ASAP!"
Trainings
Trainings are randomly hosted at Fort Federal and usually last 30- 60 minutes each.
Training Etiquette
- Come 5- 10 minutes before start time.
- Address all enlisted personnel by their ranks followed by their user name. If it is an Retired Officer+, you must address them by sir/ma’am depending on their liking.
- You must reply to an officer with a yes sir/ma’am.

Uniform Policy-
It is required to wear a uniform at all times in the fort, during patrols, meetings, and raids. You may buy them from our store, or go to the uniforms room in the spawn box.
