Arrow keys not steering with vehicle seats

Left and right arrow keys no longer trigger the Steer and SteerFloat property changes in VehicleSeats.

Not sure if this was intentional or not, but several of my players who use the arrow keys to drive have complained. I believe it started happening a couple days ago. Maybe related to the PlayerScripts change.

Not intentional, a bug, and already fixed for the next PlayerScripts release.
