Arrows for the Move Tool are surrounding the Origin, not Cframe

I have had this problem for a while but when I use the Move Tool in Roblox Studio, the arrows are located surrounding the Origin, and I want it to around the CFrame of the part, like the scaling tool. Is there any way to make it surround the CFrame?

Heres an example:

the Move Tool is around the Origin and the Scale Tool is around the CFrame. I want both to be around the CFrame.
