Artifacts on transparent textured mesh grass

Does anybody have any tips as to how to possibly remove these artifacts at the top of these?
They don’t show up in the paint program, only when applied to the model, and are actually pretty noticeable:

The only thing I can think to do is possibly get a better paint program, but maybe there’s a better way?
I used Paint3D for the textures, and every variation of them has the same problem.

I believe this problem happens when Roblox blurs the image, causing the texture to leak through the edges. You can probably fix this by adding empty space in at the edges of the image. Like this:

I don’t think Paint3D lets you edit model UVs. With other 3D modeling software, you can shrink the UVs of the model instead of creating a new image.
