The pixel art seems extremely blurred. I know pixel art is blurred, but this seems a little excessively blurred. Looks to me it’s just me though.
It seems blurred because of the fact that it’s pixel art. Pixel art is supposed to appear in a sort of low quality way.
I think that is the style hes going for
