Here at Asavi, we hold our staff members to a certain standard that is fair for all. These standards are to ensure that our work environment and proper etiquette is demonstrated at all times. Any of our staff members violating the Code of Conduct will be reprimanded by the HR/SHR staff members.

In order to work here at Asavi, you need to hold a sense of reliability for your superiors and colleagues.

In order to function efficiently as an establishment, there must be a sense of collaboration between all staff members. We are all here for one reason, to work! Asavi prides ourselves in our close-friended staff.
Work Ethic:
The work ethic of our staff is very important to us here at Asavi. Someone without the proper work ethic that is capable to work here will be guided and taught on how to maintain a positive/efficient work ethic.
