Hey guys, I’m currently working on a brand new game called “Speedy Minigames” and I’m asking if you would personally be interested in it.
Premise
If you have ever played Epic Minigames or Ripull Minigames you could probably figure out what this game is about. It’s a minigame compilation where players could play a bunch of short “mini” games. I’ve always considered Epic Minigames and Ripull Minigames to be a bit easy, so I decided to make Speedy Minigames a fast-paced minigame compilation that’s a bit harder than average. The gimmick is that each round consists of four minigames, and once you fail a game, you are out. An entire round will last 1:20 minutes, each minigame lasts 20 seconds so there is plenty of gameplay and not too much waiting.
Build Support
I’m a scripter, not a builder. I want the builds to be very simplistic and to easily run on mobile, which will be the target audience due to the number of users on mobile. In this screenshot you can see the lobby. (I do intend on changing it after release, this will be temporary.) The style of the lobby is the style of the game.

I currently have four games that I will be adding, at launch there will be 8-10. The first one will be called “One Hit Wonder”, which will be a fist-fighting minigame where you are given one attack. The players will duel on a narrow bridge and they try knocking each other off. If they successfully hit someone they get another punch. There will be a percentage kinda like the one of Smash Bros where the more hits that land on you, the further you are hit. The second game will be called “Topple Towers” which will be a parkour minigame. There will be four towers that the players will all stand on. The towers slowly fall apart, making it harder to parkour through. The third game will be called “Dance Till Your Dead” which is a rhythm minigame that you have to perform to near perfection to avoid being killed. The final game will be called “Hot Potato Bomb” which is basically a game of hot potato… with a bomb.
I like the idea of the game. Hopefully you add stuff like leaderboards, parkour for people in the lobby, maybe even pets (to target young audiences) or hats to collect like Blox Hunt?
However, I do feel like the lobby needs more detail. It needs more things to do. An obby while you’re waiting, a leaderboard, or secret areas to explore.
Other ideas include a small four corners, a customization area, some chairs, a ball to roll around, etc.
And please change the glass color to not be tinted red. It will be incredibly annoying to see players through red glass.
As said in the build support section, it is a temporary lobby. I will probably add some obbies to the lobby. I’ll consider the glass color idea, maybe make a red frame. Thanks for the feedback.
Great idea for a game. I’m confused by your post, are you looking for a builder or just some tips in general, obviously it could be both, but I’m just confused on the building part. For the lobby I definitely see what your picture is, it’s like that disaster game right? (Sorry I don’t know the name but it’s pretty old). I will have more questions if you respond thanks :D.
No, I plan on doing a solo project. I’m not looking for help. But I actually got inspiration from the Natural Disaster Survival lobby. Good eye. Thanks for the offer.
I would totally see myself playing this, I myself love these types of games but I would like some challenge. I love everything about it and love the build style. Cannot wait to see what the final product looks like!
