We’re Asola, a Japanese sushi bar, revolutionizing what it means to be a quality restaurant. Since our establishment in 2021, we’re committed to bringing you an unforgettable experience; and together, with our expert staff and developers, our corporation is bound to be one you’ll want to revisit over and over again.
This public handbook was designed to easily provide information regarding all topics Asola to the public. Should you have any any questions questions after reviewing through the contents of this document, please do not hesitate to ask a member of our staff team on our Discord.

Code of Conduct
Roblox Community Rules
Asola will enforce all of Roblox Community Rules. As such, we prohibit the following, which includes but is not limited to,
- Exploiting;
- Bullying / harassment;
- Discriminatory / hate speech;
- Spamming
- Threats.
Trolling
Trolling, in any and all forms, is not tolerated at Asola. We strive to create a welcoming and warm environment to all of our users. Purposely disturbing this atmosphere is strictly prohibited.
Consequences
Our team of staff members, at their own discretion, may enact any justified punishment and duration for any reason at any time. These actions may include a warn, mute, kick, or ban from our facilities and premises.
Affiliation Manual
Alliance Requirements
If you have an interest in forming an alliance between your group and Asola, there are several credentials we require from potential business partners. These requirements are made to ensure the mutual benefits shared by both Asola and any interested group are upheld and satisfactory during the period of affiliation. Exceptions are made on a rare basis, in the event your group requests one please message any member of our Public Relations department for more information.
- Must have a minimum 10,000 non-botted members.
- Must have a minimum of 1,000 Discord server members.
- Cannot have a poor reputation or history with Asola.
- Cannot sell any type of administrative ranks.
- Must not be a war/nation or fan-club group.
- Must have a minimum of 3 members that can be contacted by Asola at all times.
Alliance Questions
If your group has met our alliance requirements, the next step is filling out the questions below on a Google Document. Once the application is drafted and finalized, you’ll need to submit it to a member of our Public Relations department where they will take four days to review the application. Rushing the department for your results will decrease any chance of acceptance and potentially cause a delay. In order to have the best shot at passing, detail and creative responses are encouraged.

- Why does your group want to form an alliance with Asola?
- How can both groups benefit one another if an alliance is formed?
- What makes your group stand out from others like it?
- Does your group meet and agree to our alliance expectations?
- Please list two representatives that will represent your group if we do agree to this alliance.
Ban Appeals
Discord Ban
If you have been banned from the Asola Discord server or restaurant for violations of our community rules, you must wait a minimum of two weeks to appeal your ban. Once you have filled out the appeal questions below, forward them to any staff ranked Executive Assistant or higher.
- What is your username on Roblox & Discord tag?
- What made you decide to appeal?
- Why do you think we should accept your appeal?
- How will you be able to mature as a member of our community?
Affiliate Blacklist Appeal
In the rare event of an affiliate blacklist, your group will need to wait a minimum of two weeks before appealing the blacklist from the date which the letter was sent. When time time period is over and your group has filled out the questions below, message a Public Relations Director or a Vice President, who will also invite your group to discuss the appeal further.
- What is your username and the appealing groups name?
- Why was your group blacklisted?
- How have the problem(s) been addressed and solved?
- Was/is there any conflict between Asola Public Relations and your group?
- If your appeal is accepted, how would your group become a better possible affiliate?
Rank Descriptions
Customer
Customers are the majority of the Asola community, and also one of the most important roles. We heavily value each and individual customer that walks into our restaurant, and we are dedicated to providing you an exceptional experience. Customers are the lowest rank in our group.
Noted Customer
Noted Customers are users who have contributed to Asola, is a former staff who has assisted greatly, or is an influential figure in our community, among many other reasons. This rank is given at the discretion of the Executive and Presidential divisions, and cannot be applied for.
Affiliate Representative
Affiliate Representatives are members Asola who serve as a liaison and ambassador from one of our partnered communities. This rank is solely given to representatives sent by our affiliates, and cannot be obtained otherwise.
Trainee
Trainees are newly hired staff members who possess basic knowledge of Asola operations, and have passed our staff quiz. Unfortunately, Trainees are not yet able to work at the restaurant just yet. They must pass a training seminar to demonstrate their ability to serve customers, as well handle any restaurant-related circumstances.
Server
Once you are a Server, you are officially able to work at the restaurant! At Asola, Servers are responsible for greeting customers and seating them at tables, in addition to relaying their meal orders to the chef team. Furthermore, Servers are also responsible for delivering the food to the appropriate table once it is prepared.
Sous Chefs
Sous Chefs are those who can prepare meals and drinks to our customers. Chefs will receive the order from the Servers, and will masterfully assemble the food requested. Sous Chefs must ensure that all items within an order are arranged.
Team Leader
Those who are ranked at Team Leader are highly knowledgeable both in and around the kitchen, as well as the customers. Team Leader may serve as both a Server or Sous Chef as they desire, and are eligible for a promotion to Management Intern.
Management Intern
Management Interns are the newest members of our Management team. Users at this rank are new to the internal affairs at Asola, and must pass a trial before they can perform the duties of a Management member.
Staff Assistant
Staff Assistant is the first rank that can moderate the restaurant and assist at trainings. Within Asola, Staff Assistants should assist both customers and the staff with any questions or concerns, as well as resolving conflict.
Supervisor
Supervisors are somewhat experienced management staff members. As the staff member progresses to Supervisor, their responsibilities too will increase. Members at supervisors can now train new Trainees.
Assistant Manager
Assistant Managers are those who are now versed in training and moderating, and have demonstrated sufficient proficiency as a Supervisor. Assistant Managers can co-host training sessions with a qualified Manager+.
General Manager
By the time a staff member reaches Manager, they are now extremely knowledgeable and experienced with all aspects concerning Management. They are now able to host training sessions and perform their duties without the need for much guidance.
Executive Assistant
The first rank into the Executive division, Executive Assistants are those who are beginning their journey in one of our departments, whether that be Staffing or Public Relations. Alongside the rest of the Executives, they will be crucial in maintaining operations at Asola.
Staff Director & Public Relations Director
Staff Directors and Public Relations Directors are Executives who now understand the duties of an Executive, and is ready for additional responsibilities within the department. Individuals holding one of these Directors ranks have demonstrated their readiness to progress further in the ranks. These two ranks are considered equals.
Developer
Developers are the minds behind our builds, scripts, infrastructure and systems in all of our facilities and games. These users are highly qualified in their respective developmental fields to create our vision for Asola. Our Presidential division may occasionally hire new developers to join our team.
Vice President
As heads of their respective departments, Vice Presidents are skilled individuals who are qualified to run a team of highly capable staff members. This is the first rank in our Presidential division, and they wield powerful administrative privileges in our community.
President
Presidents are members who have proven themselves to now oversee all departments and the staff team. By now, Presidents are highly knowledge on all aspects to do with Asola, and can make decisions that they feel is in the best interest of our corporation.
Chairman
The owner of Asola. Alongside the Executives, the Chairman will hear the advice of the Presidential division and act accordingly.
Promotions Outline
Trainee
In order to become a Trainee, you must pass our staff exam at the application center.
Server
To advance to Server, you must be a Trainee, then attend and pass a training seminar at one of our scheduled sessions.
Sous Chef
To earn the rank of Sous Chef, you must be a Server, obtain 50 points, as well as attend and pass a training.
Team Leader
In order to advance to Team Leader, you must be a Sous Chef and obtain 150 points.
Management Intern
To get to our first Management rank, Management Intern, you must write and pass Management applications when they open. Only those at the rank of Team Leader may apply for this rank.
