Asset Importer's "Reconfigure" sometimes imports extra triangles

When importing .FBX files with the Asset Importer, sometimes I would receive error messages with status codes -1 and 400. I assume that my upload requests time out from my poor upload speeds / internet connection.

After receiving these errors, I am prompted with the option to Reconfigure to try importing again.

When the import is successful after reconfiguring, I have noticed that sometimes the mesh will have more triangles than expected. I confirmed it through the avatar setup validator, which stated it was over the triangle count.

> (ex. The mesh would have ~3500 tris and it would state that it has ~6000 tris.)

This only happens after reconfiguring; I have never experienced it having more triangles when the import works the first time without reconfiguring.
