Asset moderation unusually taking longer than normal

So after uploading a t-shirt on my Roblox group, I have waited for 3 days now. Usually I read it would take a maximum of 24 hours to upload a shirt.

Is it normal for 3 days to pass?
The image used is also used for my group, and that got approved. So I am unsure what is happening here. Help will be greatly appreciated!

I have a similar problem!
I have t-shirts that were created one month ago and still awaiting approval!
In the past they were approved in 1 or 3 days!
I am 90% sure this is a website bug.
(Only 5 of my t-shirts didn’t got glitched, and I’m not sure why)

Also, only my t-shirts are affected by this strange problem, not my shirts or pants.
T-shirts appear in-game and on your avatar, you can even try them using the website’s preview feature, but their thumbnail is glitched.

I had a similar situation, and I fixed it by re-uploading it again later on. Maybe try re-uploading it.

So just upload the same t-shirt again, or update the existing t-shirt?

Upload the same exact file you used to make a whole new t-shirt

alright thank you, though I will wait a little before doing that since I am hoping to receive all possible solutions before coming to a conclusion.

No problem! Hope this helps! If it doesn’t work, try re-uploading on another account, because I re-uploaded it on another account, so that might be the case.

Forgot to add that when I equip the shirt it loads, so its a website issue not loading the image and instead having it under moderation.

The shirt works its just the image being moderated, which is causing people not buying my support shirt for my game. Hope this gets resolved cause it’s hurting sales.

I’m testing for a solution at the moment, if you don’t mind. This has also happened to a friend of mine, maybe she will have a solution.

I will reupload, is there a way to delete or remove the previous shirt?

There isn’t a way to delete the previous shirt, but it is possible to put it offsale and delete it from your inventory.

This is a [Website Bug]

  • Shirts will appear like it’s being verified, but in-game and on avatars, it will not. ROBLOX is probably working to fix this; Not such a huge issue though.

This happened to me while I was uploading a frog t-shirt.

The first time I uploaded it: frog plush - Roblox
The thumbnail is moderated, but when put on, it shows up. This is a glitch.
Now, the re-uploading on a different account: frog plush - Roblox
Here, it shows up perfectly fine, unlike the first time. So I’m fairly sure re-uploading on a different account will work.
