I had a similar situation, and I fixed it by re-uploading it again later on. Maybe try re-uploading it.
So just upload the same t-shirt again, or update the existing t-shirt?
Upload the same exact file you used to make a whole new t-shirt

Forgot to add that when I equip the shirt it loads, so its a website issue not loading the image and instead having it under moderation.
When you try it on, does it work?
The shirt works its just the image being moderated, which is causing people not buying my support shirt for my game. Hope this gets resolved cause it’s hurting sales.
I’m testing for a solution at the moment, if you don’t mind. This has also happened to a friend of mine, maybe she will have a solution.

There isn’t a way to delete the previous shirt, but it is possible to put it offsale and delete it from your inventory.

- Shirts will appear like it’s being verified, but in-game and on avatars, it will not. ROBLOX is probably working to fix this; Not such a huge issue though.

This happened to me while I was uploading a frog t-shirt.
The first time I uploaded it: frog plush - Roblox
The thumbnail is moderated, but when put on, it shows up. This is a glitch.
Now, the re-uploading on a different account: frog plush - Roblox
Here, it shows up perfectly fine, unlike the first time. So I’m fairly sure re-uploading on a different account will work.
I don’t have an alt, but seems that this should be a priority for the Roblox website
You can make an alt and upload it there, on to your group if you wish. I definitely agree, it is very frustrating, having to wait a long time for something to get moderated, only for it to be glitched.
Hoping Roblox is able to take care of this issue as I need my t-shirts to sell so I can hire a dev to help me on my project asap.

I recommend doing it on another account, otherwise, I have no further information. This is a very confusing glitch/bug, I’m still unsure about other ways to solve this other than upload on an alt account.
