I am in a development studio and I want to leave and take my assets with me meaning I take all my assets from every game I have contributed my assets into am I allowed to do that without signing a contract or agreement?

The only thing i could think about your case is the fact that (if) you’ve been paid to make that asset. Say that if you leave the development group you’re in, they still have the rights to keep it since they’ve paid for it. Since it’s your asset, you don’t really need an agreement or contract (unless you’ve signed one before, which already binds your assets too to them).
They haven’t pay me for anything yet.
Then you should have the right to get your assets back.
I’m still in the studio, but haven’t gotten anything, and they have deleted the assets, thanks.
