and i need to know:

  1. where it handles low hp animations (if any)
  2. and if there is a existing ragdoll system and where it is (im assuming theres a ragdoll system as you ragdoll on death)

does anyone know this?

also i need to know if theres a way to change the cooldowns of abilities mid game.
