At what Hz should Custom Character Data replicate?

Some code I see has it every other frame, which I dislike because very slow players will be out of the loop.
I’m thinking 10hz (every 6 normal frames) for 25 player servers. What if I did 100 players? Does the server get more power, ect?

Using lerp and 10hz I made an IK FPS I never launched so still somewhat in the dark.

My system here replicates player positions relative to the boat.
At 60FPS rigid positioning, for these three characters, it’s ok for a demo.

I settled on around 8 hz. This is for the sake of not caring for precision, but quantity.
