Within Atlas Medical, ranks are divided into four sections: community ranks, management ranks, executive ranks, and leadership ranks. In the following rank descriptions, it will go over all ranks and their responsibilities in the group. While not every detail of each rank is covered, it provides a general overview of their responsibilities.


Community Ranks
Name Limit Description
Community Member Community Member is the first and most important rank in the group. As a Community Member, you’re able to discover what you wish to do at Atlas Medical. Without the community, Atlas Medical would not be where it is today.
Honored Member Honored Members are members that have contributed to Atlas Medical or is an influential member of the community. This rank is typically given out to those who have contributed to the development of Atlas Medical, whether it be graphics or bug testing, or as shown to be an influential member of the community.
Alumni Member Alumni Members are members that have had a great shown great influence in the community. Alumni Member is typically given out to those who have resigned from Executive ranks, specifically Director and higher.
Student Levels
Earned when you complete the admissions quiz, Level 1 Students do not get any special perks.
Earned when you achieve 500 XP, Level 2 Students are given the ability to earn extended daily rewards.
Earned when you achieve 1000 XP, Level 3 Students are given the ability to partake is specialized quests exclusively designed for their fields. In addition, they get one extra daily reward.
Earned when you achieve 2500 XP, Level 4 Students are given the ability to earn Robux Rewards from completing quests specialized to their field. For more information, please read our document on Student Information.
Atlas Graduate Atlas Graduate is the final student rank before Management Student. Earned when you achieve 5000 XP, Atlas Graduates have to attend a training session to become a certified member of the medical industry. Once you achieve this rank, you have the ability to become a Management Student.
Management Student 40 Serving as an introductory staff rank, Management Students have the same responsibilities and privileges as an Atlas Graduate. However, as a Management Student, you will learn many new things from a mentor. Once it is determined you are a qualified candidate, Management Students will be promoted to Secretary.
Management Ranks
Name Limit Description
Secretary 40 Secretary is the first position that can officially moderate the game. Secretaries are tasked with assisting in sessions and answering questions, enforcing the regulations, and training Atlas Graduates.
Professor 30 Professors are experienced staff members who are now able to contribute even more. In addition to the responsibilities above, Professors have the responsibility to host training sessions for our Atlas Graduates.
Dean 25 Dean is the final rank in our staff team. Deans have no additional responsibilities, however, they serve as a role model for the ranks below them. Deans are able to apply for departments and continue their journey in the staff team as an Advisor.
Executive Ranks
Name Limit Description
Advisor 24 Advisors are the first position of the Executive Team. Advisors are assigned to one of three departments listed below and have specific responsibilities in regards to Atlas Medical. They will assist other members of their department and ensure the group is running effectively.
Coordinator 6 Coordinators are people who have been with their department for quite some time and have racked up the knowledge and experience to serve as an officer within their department. They co-lead subdivisions within the department and serve as a stand in to the Director when absent.
Director 3 Directors are responsible for leading their respective department and ensuring all operations are running smoothly. Directors work closely with both their Coordinators and their Vice President. As the director of a department, they are responsible for assigning work to everyone.
The Operations Department is responsible for managing the entire Management Team. They are responsible for carrying out promotions and consequences to those who earn them. For any questions or concerns relating to this department, please forward them to an Advisor+.
The Recruitment Department is responsible for managing the staff recruitment process. They are responsible for the evaluation, mentoring, and grading of Management Students to turn them into Secretaries. For any questions or concerns relating to this department, please forward them to an Advisor+ .
The Communications Department is responsible for managing the public relations of Atlas Medical. They are responsible for the management of alliances, hosting of community events, and the engagement of social media. For any questions or concerns relating to this department, please forward them to an Advisor+.
Leadership Ranks
Name Limit Description
Developer Developers are individuals who contribute to the development and expansion of Atlas Medical and its facilities. These individuals create and design our graphics, buildings, and playable features.
Chief Executive 3 Chief Executives are responsible for overseeing the operations of their respective department. As the first position of the Leadership Team, Chief Executives ensure the entire department is running smoothly. They are responsible for all major decisions to the department, ranging from employment, to regulation changes.
Vice President 1 The Vice President is in charge of day-to-day operations at Atlas Medical and responsible for maximizing the company’s operating performance. This position oversees all three departments and makes sure the company is in order. Reports directly to the Owner.
President 1 The President, in addition to the Owner, oversees and is responsible for all group operations. The President provides insight to the Vice President and Chief Executives. The President is responsible for major decisions to the group, primarily staffing and marketing.
Owner 1 The Owner, in addition to the President, oversees and is responsible for all group operations. The Owner provides leadership and acts as a role model for all within the group. The Owner is responsible major decisions to the group, primarily development and finances.
