Introduction
By utilising this handbook, you will gain a better knowledge of our ranks - such as their purposes and type of role. This handbook will also list promotion cooldowns, and other notes.
Promotion Cooldowns & Resignations
To avoid any unfair promotions, our SHR Team will follow these cooldown guidelines for promoting other Staff members. These cooldowns are bound to change, and we do our best to ensure the promotions we hand out are fairly earned, and given out to those who deserve it. Once a cooldown ends, it does not guarantee a promotion.
[SHR] 20 days
[HR] 12 days
[MR] 6 days
[LR] 3 days
For an example, I recently got promoted to Executive (HR). I need to wait a minimum of 12 days until I can be eligible for another promotion. Adding on, resignations or leaving the group will lose your rank permanently: you will need to work your way up again.
