The popup does not show on the attachment

Thanks for the repro file, can you also try enabling the “Constraint Details” under the model tab and see if this resolves your issue?
I tried that, and the issue still persists.

This is now being fixed. Thanks for reporting.
Attachments/constraints don’t react to hovering as well, as I pointed out in my bug report which I made 20 days ago, but certified Bug-Support moment happened.
I just enabled the fix. Thanks for your patience.
this was fixed by the change as well.
