Attachment move arrows not showing up

I don’t know how to post an engine bug, so this is the next closest category I can think of.
I don’t know why it’s happening, but this is what I mean:

I have tried ctrl+L, but that doesn’t fox anything.

I can’t. The “New Topic” button is greyed out.

I also can’t rotate attachments.
I have restarted studio and my pc, but it didn’t fix it.

I just got home, and the problem seems to be fixed.
