In BedWars we teleport players to reserved servers when they find a match. Sometimes, however, the teleporting user gets an error “Attempt to teleport to a place that is restricted.”
I put in extra logging related to the error:
In this case the match server was reserved by another Roblox server and the access code was sent to this server.
To add on: this is not new and is moderately frequent (maybe 10% of attempted teleports?)
Actually looks like this is occurring extremely frequently starting at 6pm PST today (35m ago)
Yeah, I’m having the same issue, I even tried multiple users, some teleport and some don’t. Really weird.
Thanks for reporting this. We noticed some degraded performance with reserved servers yesterday and resolved the issue around 10 PM PST. If you see any more issues, please open a new bug report. Thanks!
