Attempting to union non-baseparts causes studio to give a warning box, explaining that only parts, etc. can be unioned. This is good behavior. This does not happen for negation, though. There have been a number of times that I’ve accidentally selected a model instead of a part, and hit negate, causing studio to freeze. Further investigation seems to indicate that this is also the case for all other instances that are not baseparts."
