Auahi is a recently established and fastly-growing rainforest café located in the Lao Valley in Maui, Hawaii. Our primary goal is to provide a memorable and enjoyable experience to all customers alike. Our mission is to foster a community of innovative concepts to become one of the most creative and unique groups on Roblox.
This public handbook was created by our Corporate Team in order to allow everyone access to this vital information whether they have Discord or not access to important information.
Partnership Requirements 🤝
Our Requirements:
In order for form a partnership with us, your group must meet the following requirements, although exceptions may be made.
- Your Group must have over 1,000 members.
- Your Group’s Discord must have over 250 members.
- Your Group must be well-maintained and professional at all times.
- A Minimum of two representatives must join the Discord server.
- Your Group must have active communication skills with our HR team.
- Your Group must be willing to announce and attend Auahi events.
How can I join Auahi’s Staff Team? ☕
To join our staff team, you must either apply to become a Trainee via our Quiz Center, in order to rank up you may earn points or attend training sessions and shifts in game.

Summary of our rules & regulations
Here at Auahi we ask that you are respectful to others and do not troll, spam or exploit, but instead contribute to the community either by roleplaying, conducting administrative duties, or just simply hanging out at the café. Drama and causing unnecessary stress is strictly prohibited.
Please abide by the following rules and regulations below while in any of Auahi’s facilities, or you will be subjected to disciplinary action, such as a warning, kick or ban.
- Do not troll, exploit or spam. Please note however that the usage of caps is permitted and caps abuse is no longer moderated at Auahi’s facilities.
- Please do not create drama or controversy within our community, please deal with any issues that you are facing privately or let a moderator or superior know.
- Do not mini-mod, our staff members are highly qualified and even when not in game do, in fact, monitor our chatlogs from our Corporate Discord Server.
- Please do not beg for tips or promotions, as this will decrease the possibility that you will be given a tip or promotion in the near future.
- Staff are expected to be professional, note that grammar is not required unless you are ranked Intern or above, or hosting/assisting in a session in-game.
- Finally, have fun - this is a safe space for people of all race, colour and nationalities to roleplay and hangout here at Auahi, this is your community.

When you are working as a barista, you should prepare a greeting to use whenever you are serving a customer. Feel free to use any of the templates below!

Recipes 
Drinks:
Coffee: Cup + Variety of Coffee + (optional) ice
Refresher: Refresher Cup + Refresher Flavour
Tea: Cup + Hot Water + Tea
Milkshakes: Milkshake Cup + Ice + Fruit + Milk + Blender
Note that you must obtain the ice, fruit and milk from our fridge, and then blend the items together within our blender.
Food & Popsicles
Head to the fridge, and select the items you need. Our baked goods are already prepared in advanced so all you need to do is heat them up.
You can do this by hovering the food item over a tray, and then putting the tray into the oven.
How do I hand an item to a customer?
Say this in chat; !handto [User]
You do not need to say the customer’s whole username, just the first few characters of it.
Chain of Command
Our team consists of Baristas, Management, Executives, Senior Ranks & our Corporate team. Within each bracket, comes responsibility and various duties.
Barista (Trainee - Team Leader) - The duty of a Barista within our establishment is to serve our customers and keep our establishment clean & tidy. In order to rank up they must either attend a training (Trainee - Barista) or a shift.
Management Team (Staff Assistant - Shift Manager) - Our Management Team is responsible for moderating the game, dealing with many situations that occur, they are granted Moderator Permissions in-game. In order to rank up they must attend a shift, massive shift or be selected for a promotion by our staffing department. They have a promotional cooldown of 2 days.
Executive Team (Intern - Executive Officer) - Our Executive Team manage our Barista & Management Teams, given ranking permissions and admin in-game, they are able to issue server bans and submit a P-Ban Request. They should be your primary point of contact for any inquiries you may have.
Senior Ranks (Executive Director - Group Manager)
Senior ranks have the same duties as a member of our Executive Team, however they are responsible for managing our support system & typically actively participate within our departments. They can only obtain a promotion upon our Corporate Team’s discretion. These promotions will be announced within our weekly meeting, each week.
Corporate Team (Vice President+)
Our Corporate Team, headed by Autumn_Dancer is responsible for the day-to-day duties of Auahi, having the final say on many situations, they are responsible for making key decisions within our group and leading departments.
