Auahi is a recently established and rapidly growing rainforest café located in the Iao Valley in Maui, Hawaii. Our primary goal is to provide a memorable and enjoyable experience to all customers alike. Our mission is to foster a community of innovative concepts to become one of the most creative and unique groups on Roblox. With great customer service and a welcoming staff team, we’ll make sure you have an amazing time here at Auahi.
Lead Barista Promotion Guide
The following guide will provide the necessary information for all Lead Barista’s seeking a spot on our Management Team at Auahi. However, it is important to keep in mind that meeting the following requirements does not guarantee you a position within our Management Team. Individuals who go above and beyond the requirements will always stand out to our Recruitment Team. The following bullet points highlight the necessary requirements that you must meet to be eligible for a promotion.
You must be over the age of 13.
Your ROBLOX account cannot possess safechat.
Your account must be over 30 days old on both Roblox and Discord.
You must be a Lead Barista for a minimum of 1 week.
Do not hint towards a promotion.
You should not have a poor or stained reputation within Auahi
Becoming a Cafe Assistant is a big deal within Auahi, because you’re going to have many more responsibilities than you did as a Lead Barista. Due to this, it will take longer to become a part of the Management Team than it did Lead Barista. However, meet the requirements stated above and you shall be on your way to our Management Team in no time!
Rank Criteria
Low Ranks consist of the ranks Junior Barista to Lead Barista. Their duties are to serve customers at the cafe and guide other staff members to success. Lead Barista’s are eligible to be promoted to Cafe Assistant.
Middle Ranks consist of the ranks Cafe Assistant to Coordinator. These ranks are in charge of managing shifts, training, and supervising around the cafe. They are vital to ensuring Auahi’s operations run smoothly.
High Ranks consist of the ranks Executive Assistant to Executive Director. These ranks take part in Auahi’s departmental operations. High Ranks may either be in the Staff Management Department or the Public Relations Department. Their duties consist of weekly department tasks assigned to them.
The Leadership Team consists of the ranks Vice President to Owner. These are the hardest ranks to obtain, and they manage the bigger picture of Auahi. From supervising the Executive Team to managing Auahi’s development, they play a crucial role in the success of Auahi.
Partnership Criteria
We are grateful that you are interested in partnering with Auahi. We at Auahi place a great importance on the relationships that we make on the Roblox platform with other like-minded groups. Our objective is to genuinely establish long-lasting and significant relationships that benefit both parties. This document contains all the information you need to establish a partnership with us, along with the standards your group must meet in order for our two groups to formally become partners.
Partnership Requirements
5,000+ non-botted group members.
1,000+ discord members.
Your group must be an establishment (eg. restaurant, hotel, airline, etc.), we do not ally with fan clubs or military groups.
Your group must be well-rounded and well-established.
Activity in both the communications server and ROBLOX group with an active group game or something along that area.
Should have no negative history within the platform or industry.
There should be a fully functional high rank team.
Ranks with administration commands or the power to alter the group significantly can not be sold.
Application
Question 1: Provide a brief description of your group. Please include the links to your ROBLOX group, Communications Server, and the name of your group.
Question 2: Why are you interested in forming an alliance with Auahi?
Question 3: How would both establishments benefit from this alliance?
Question 4: Who are two representatives we can contact from your establishment? Please include both their ROBLOX Username and Discord Username.
Please submit your application via Google docs, and ensure it is organized properly. Once done, forward the application to a member of the Public Relations Department via direct messages. You will receive a proper response in 2-4 days.

Training sessions are hosted at the times below. Please make sure to join about 15 minutes before the training or before the session is full and or s-locked. Trainings are held on a regular basis by our hardworking MR Team, and we’d love for you to join us!
