Audio Assets do not Load on Creator Dashboard

Reproduction Steps

The only step to replicate this issue is to navigate to the Audio section under Development Items on the creator dashboard.
Once there and selecting the audio tab, any audio assets you have owned and/or uploaded will not display.

Expected Behavior

I expect all my Audio assets to load for my own access to view.

Actual Behavior

None of the Audio assets load. Instead the page will remain blank. Opening up the web console reveals an error code 1 with the response “Too many items”. An image of which is uploaded below.

Other categories will load fine such as decals and images which I own several pages more of decals than I do audio.



Workaround

Visiting the audio section in your inventory on the main Roblox website continues to work.

Hi, I’ve had this issue too with the audio’s one of my groups, however instead of giving a Too Many items error it says error 500: InternalServerError. This started happening I tried uploading an audio and it failed and gave me a message that said something like “You sure this is a valid audio?”.

Hi there, could you confirm this file is of .mp3 and .ogg file types? Sometimes this file extension is misleading and the contents are not as indicated.

It was an mp3 file. If you want i can send you the id of the asset that is corrupted. One other note is that i had a similar thing happen with animations, but this time it was an old uploaded animation which corrupted in the backend, and i had the same issue with audio with the error 500 when trying to load the animations of the group, where none really loaded because since it gets the info in bulk and one failed then it just didnt load.

I’m still having this issue on the website. None of my audios are listed, even ones recently uploaded.

There are error codes ‘500’ in the network tab, as well as in the console.
