So I have a few songs but I am unsure whether they are claimed by copyright or not and there’s way too many of them to check them all. I’ve done this in the past but I’ve been told about how a few people got terminated for this, If I upload these audios regardless will I suffer the consequences if the audio gets rejected due to the copyright, even if I don’t attempt to reupload the audio after rejection?

What I do is have an alt that I upload the audio to first and wait a week, if the content hasn’t been removed then I upload it to my main.

Problem is you can’t even put non copyright songs on Roblox anymore. I put a non copyright song and it got deleted!

good idea, I’ll try this for the time whilst I try to find a better solution, ill mark this as the solution for the time being

Unless you made it yourself or you have permission to use it, always assume it is copyrighted and will be flagged. Use APM music in your game or pay for someone to compose original music for your game. Knowingly using and uploading audio that you don’t have permission to use is a blatant violation of the Terms of Service.
