Some players reported an audio feedback issue on PlayStation consoles (PS4/PS5).
Whenever they perform certain actions, the sound gets duplicated or plays multiple times.
I was not able to reproduce this issue on my own PS5.
Expected:
Sound should play normally without duplication.
Actual:
Sound effects are being duplicated or create an echo for some PS4/PS5 users.
Notes:
Only a few users are affected.,
Might be related to console audio settings or specific output devices.,
Needs further investigation.,

We recently added a system to enhance/boost certain sounds.
There were no issues on PC or other platforms, so this might be PS-specific.
