and its not playing the audio, even tho i checked the looped property and playing
and no, im not gonna use a script for music since im gonna handle them in client, (to change music locally, you know im not gonna make the player enter a creepy cave and everyone will hear creepy music)

Are you handling this via local script? If so please show me the script.

Make sure you’ve got your volume turned up in roblox studio. Go in play mode and press esc and then go to volume. Also check if your volume is even turned up for roblox studio, go to the volume icon at the right bottom of your screen and go to volume mixer make sure roblox studio is turned all the way

Dunno if this is the same issue as I had, literally 5 minutes ago.
I couldn’t hear sound when pressing on the preview button. Though it worked perfectly fine in the launcher.

Otherwise if your problem isn’t the same as mine, go ahead and explain futher on what the issue is

i didnt script the local script yet

Have you tried parenting the audio to workspace directly?(outside of the folder)

I don’t see a difference doing that

Does the audio even have any sounds when you preview it? If yes, does it play when you run the game? If yes too, then it might be because your volume is too low or even 0. Run the game and go check your settings.

ehm. Did you look at the properties? Volume is 2, soundid is not empty.

Yes. I meant your Roblox’s volume, not the audio itself.

This sounds ridiculous but yeah. Sometimes I don’t have audio due to me forgetting that I turned the volume down in Roblox’s settings and Studio gets affected lol.
