I think the audio is not using the recommended loudness as it should be? I’ve covered some part about loudness here:
Very possible, but I can’t tell what audio was uploaded. The -13 dB on Loudness Penalty means 13 db too loud. The -13 dB I was referring to was relative to target in full scale LUFS. On a rock stage set, it would normally go around -9 db as far as I know.

Oh, did I forget that the LUFS I mentioned was LUFS integrated?

You mean kind of like a “walkie-talkie” or suppressed effect? If that is what you want you should use a high pass filter which comes with many free audio applications and paid ones. If you don’t wanna buy a paid application, I recommend Audacity.
