A couple other people also posted about it in the past day (as it’s only been added very recently). The concensus is that it isn’t meant to have been added yet, and doesn’t currently have any functionality. Expect there to be an announcement topic soon announcing it!
Based on the name, it’s safe to assume that it is going to be a way to use TextToSpeech within Roblox!
