Host Training Guide

This handbook can only be used in training sessions by Human resources or higher and must be the host of the training session.

How to Host~~~~~~

  • Shout in group wall.

  • [TRAININGS] are being hosted by (name) at (time)! Would you like a job? Why not come down to the training centre ?

  • If you have Discord log in.10 minutes at least before the actual time starts To inform everyone if the they discord that there trainings held in the Training centre by you.

  • Head on down to the salon and say :m [TRAININGS] are being hosted by (name) at (time)! Would you like a job? Why not come down to the training centre?

  • You should arrive before the session starts at least 15 minutes.

  • Once you’re arrived. Choose a co-host to help you throughout the session (must be an HR or higher)

  • When the session begins. Type in :slock (to lock the sever).

  • And announcements. Make sure to do it like this below.(You may copy and paste)

(Please do not write down the information in brackets they are just to help you host but unless you need to you may for example when it says (name) you write your name. If anything goes tags you may simplify it)

:m Session Information

:m Wonderful day is it not? Anyway welcome to (Time) Trainings! I’m (Name) your host for today and this your wonderful co-host (name).

:m Before we begin, please stay in STS and avoid talking.

:m Say PTS if you have a question.

:m Please do not spam in the group wall if you fail. It is not the end of the world there is always next time.

:m Let your trainer know if you are AFK and tell them how long.

:m Middle ranks, this session may be a chance for you to show what you got, as you know there will be a promotion.

:m Rules:

:m You must use grammar in all of our facilities. No matter what rank you are it is essential.

:m Do not spam on the group wall this will result in a demotion.

:m And lastly respect your trainers and helpers they are trying their best to help you.

:m I will now be name middle ranks. If you do not get named got back in the next training. Do not beg.

(If are done with naming kick any access MR’s Have at least 4 backups).
(after you name)

:m (Co-host’s name) will now be dismissing Lower ranks.

(Dismissing example :m If your rank is Hair Dryer please go behind your trainer he/she is behind the blue bubble (you then use this command :ff (name).

(after you have done dismissing the LR’s)

:m Trainers you may now lead the trainee’s and the helpers to their stations.

(After that is done)

:m Trainers you may now start.

(You and the other remaining HR’s will spectate on the players and see how its going Do not Admin Abuse.)
(You and the other HR’s who are not training could choose an MR you want to promote if you see one that stands out)

(At the end of the session dismiss all the Lower ranks that are finished, example, :kick skydust123 thanks for attending the |AS| Trainings comeback soon. Then if there is a Vice president+ You may hand over to them so they can host promotions if there are promotions. If not you may dismiss everyone. Any if there is no Vice president+ or you are one yourself you may host the MR promotions)


At the end when everyone has left:

  • Shout on the group wall

  • [TRAININGS] Have been concluded! Congratulations to all who passed, those who failed can always attend another session, sorry if you did not make it comeback later.
